Job oppurnities in ITES(Information Technology Enabled Services) is good rather than IT. You can get job in some small IT companies but you should not expect the good salary. It can even start from 6k once you get an experience and recession is completely over you can good oppurtunities and ofcourse good salary.

or you can opt for higher studies like MBA, ME, M.tech which really a good judgement in this times.

PHP and My Sql are in boom now and have good opportunities. Just do an International Certification in PHP and MYSql that will differentiate you from others. Highlight the certifications in your resume post your resume in sites like naukri.com monster.com you will get plenty of opportunities.

In order to develop a website you need to be well versed in any one of the developing packages like DreamWeaver, Frontpage and good in one WEB programming languages like PHP(upcoming), .Net, Javascripts and a backend MYSql or SQL. You need to visit lot of websites to get the ideas, and read terms like Search Engine Optimization to generate traffic for your site.
